Winter has come. And as the icy winds of the north descend over a small fort, far by the horizon, a traveler and his companion walk across a frozen path, seeking refuge from an upcoming tempest and the extreme temperatures of the night. It is with Faith or Hope that motivation of man is usually explained, but this time instinct has taken the part. From a magnificent carrack caught by a whirlwind in the frozen ocean, to the thin and slowly melting ice by the fort main campfire, a breathtaking image as a painting is revealed. And a conversation between the wind, the night, and a bunch of outlanders take place by the dancing fire.

Awaken is the name of my first solo EP/Album. I´ll use it as a mark, a starting point for this journey. It is meant for those looking for a little peace. Each song have a piece of text associated to it; a short story, an image description, or some sort of dialog between those listening.
